Description
FURSA Contracting and Real Estate Company is urgently hiring 50 WPR (Work Permit Receiver) professionals for industrial projects in Jeddah and Riyadh. WPR personnel play a vital role in managing and verifying work permits, ensuring that all operations comply with safety standards and Aramco-approved procedures. In industrial environments such as Jeddah and Riyadh, WPRs ensure that work permits are properly issued, risks are assessed, and operations proceed without interruptions. This position is essential for maintaining workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and efficient project workflow.
Key Responsibilities
The WPR is responsible for managing the permit-to-work process on-site. This includes reviewing job risk assessments, verifying approvals, and ensuring that all necessary safety precautions are in place before work begins. The role requires coordination with supervisors, engineers, and safety officers to monitor ongoing tasks. WPRs must document permits, maintain records, and ensure compliance with Aramco-approved standards. They also provide guidance to workers on permit requirements and report any deviations or unsafe practices immediately to the management team.
Skills and Knowledge
Candidates must have prior experience in work permit management within industrial or petrochemical projects. Knowledge of Aramco safety standards, permit-to-work procedures, and hazard identification is mandatory. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are required to ensure compliance and accurate documentation. Applicants must have all valid documents including Iqama, Muqeem, passport, insurance, and medical clearance. Ability to work in high-pressure industrial environments and coordinate with multiple teams is essential.
