Rigger L3 personnel plan and execute lifting operations, secure heavy equipment, inspect rigging gear, and work with crane operators to maintain safety. Standby Men assist crews, manage tools and materials, monitor operations, and respond to emergencies. All roles require strict safety compliance, teamwork, and proactive problem-solving to prevent delays and hazards on-site.
