Ramz United is urgently hiring for two critical roles: Scaffolding Supervisor and Piping QC Inspector, both requiring Aramco approval. These positions are vital for the successful execution of long-term projects in Riyadh.
The Scaffolding Supervisor is responsible for overseeing scaffolding erection, maintenance, and dismantling. This role ensures safe access for workers performing mechanical, electrical, and civil tasks at heights while complying with Aramco standards and international safety codes. On the other hand, the Piping QC Inspector ensures that piping systems, welding, and installation activities meet approved quality standards, specifications, and safety regulations. Both roles are integral to project safety, reliability, and timely completion.
These positions not only maintain operational integrity but also prevent workplace accidents, minimize downtime, and ensure that projects meet client expectations. Key Responsibilities
The Scaffolding Supervisor plans and coordinates all scaffolding activities, reviewing approved designs, supervising erection and dismantling, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures. Daily tasks include conducting inspections, toolbox talks, hazard identification, and maintaining scaffolding records. The supervisor works closely with safety officers, project engineers, and site management to ensure smooth workflow and a safe working environment.
The Piping QC Inspector conducts thorough inspections of piping systems, verifies welding procedures, monitors material quality, and witnesses hydrostatic or pressure testing. Responsibilities include preparing inspection reports, documenting non-conformances, coordinating corrective actions, and collaborating with engineers and client representatives to ensure quality standards are met consistently throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills and Knowledge
Both roles require Aramco approval, with the Piping QC Inspector additionally needing CBT certification. Candidates must demonstrate strong technical knowledge, practical experience in industrial or oil and gas projects, and familiarity with international codes and safety regulations.
For the Scaffolding Supervisor, leadership skills, organizational ability, and knowledge of load calculations, scaffolding design, and safety management are essential. For the Piping QC Inspector, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret isometric drawings and P&IDs are required. Effective communication, teamwork, problem-solving ability, and adherence to safety protocols are critical for both positions.
