Advanced Initiative Solutions Contracting Co. is currently looking for qualified Safety Officers on a rental manpower basis for an active Aramco project. This immediate requirement is aimed at strengthening on-site safety management at the Jafruah Project, where strict compliance with safety regulations is essential. The role is ideal for experienced safety professionals who are familiar with Aramco standards and can confidently manage site safety in a high-risk industrial environment. Selected candidates will be part of a professional setup where safety, discipline, and accountability are treated as top priorities.
Assigned Duties & On-Site Role
Safety Officers will be responsible for monitoring daily site activities to ensure compliance with approved safety procedures. Their role includes conducting routine safety inspections, enforcing the use of personal protective equipment, and supporting supervisors in maintaining a safe working environment. They will participate in toolbox talks, assist with emergency preparedness, and ensure work activities follow approved permits and guidelines. Identifying hazards, reporting unsafe conditions, and maintaining safety documentation are essential tasks. The role requires constant coordination with site teams to prevent incidents and promote a strong safety culture throughout the project.
Experience & Professional Capability
Candidates must have solid experience working on Aramco projects and a clear understanding of industrial safety practices. Strong communication skills are required to guide workers and enforce safety rules effectively.
