Ali Mohammed Hassan Al-Alwan Contracting Establishment (AAC Engineering), an ISO 9001:2015 certified company, is urgently hiring qualified Safety Engineers and Safety Supervisors for long-term industrial projects in Jubail. These roles are critical for maintaining high safety standards across construction and engineering operations. Professionals selected for these positions will ensure full compliance with Aramco and international HSE standards while promoting a strong safety culture on site. With large-scale industrial activities in Jubail, experienced safety personnel are essential to prevent incidents, protect workers, and maintain regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
The Safety Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing safety management systems, conducting risk assessments, reviewing method statements, and ensuring compliance with Aramco safety regulations. The role includes site inspections, incident investigations, safety reporting, and coordination with project management teams to maintain a safe working environment.
The Safety Supervisor will oversee daily site safety operations, conduct toolbox talks, monitor work activities, and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment. They will enforce safety rules, identify hazards, and report unsafe conditions immediately. Both roles require active involvement in maintaining documentation, ensuring worker awareness, and supporting continuous safety improvement initiatives.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants must have a minimum of five years of industrial experience. Safety Engineers must be Aramco approved. Safety Supervisors should hold original certifications such as OSHA, IOSH, NEBOSH, and First Aid. Strong knowledge of Saudi industrial safety regulations, hazard identification, and risk mitigation procedures is essential. Candidates must demonstrate leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to work under strict compliance standards. All original certificates and approvals must be available for verification.
