Roles and Responsibilities
Rigger Level III personnel are responsible for planning, executing, and supervising rigging and lifting operations on site. Duties include assembling rigging equipment, securing heavy loads, assisting crane operators, and ensuring all lifting operations comply with industrial safety standards. They must inspect equipment regularly, report hazards, and coordinate with supervisors to maintain smooth workflow.

Skills, Experience, and Requirements
