Primary Duties

Riggers will handle lifting, moving, and securing heavy loads safely, while Welders (6G Tig) will execute precise welding assignments as per project specifications. Fire Watch personnel must monitor hot work areas to prevent accidents, Standby Men assist with emergency preparedness, and Flagmen guide vehicle and personnel movements safely on-site. Each role requires vigilance, discipline, and the ability to respond promptly to instructions and potential hazards.
Required Expertise and Credentials
Applicants must hold the relevant qualifications for their role. Riggers need a valid TUV certification, Welders should be proficient in 6G Tig welding, and all personnel must possess practical experience in similar industrial environments. Strong knowledge of safety protocols, teamwork, and communication skills are essential. Candidates should also be familiar with handling equipment and tools safely and must demonstrate reliability under high-pressure situations.
