Overview of the Requirement
ERCON Group is urgently seeking experienced industrial manpower to support a short-term project in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This recruitment covers multiple trades, including piping, mechanical, electrical, fabrication, and safety roles. The positions are essential for ensuring smooth execution of operations, maintaining high-quality standards, and achieving project timelines. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who have strong hands-on experience and are ready to work in a fast-paced, industrial project environment.
Scope of Work and Responsibilities
Selected personnel will perform tasks according to their trade and project requirements. Pipe Fitters, Hydraulic Fitters, and Tube Fitters will handle the installation, alignment, and maintenance of piping systems. Millwright Fitters will manage machinery installation, repair, and alignment tasks. Fabricators and Welders will perform cutting, assembling, and welding of components per specifications. Electrical and Instrument Technicians will carry out electrical and instrumentation installation, testing, and troubleshooting. Fire Watch personnel will monitor hot work activities to prevent incidents. All roles require adherence to safety procedures, proper handling of tools and equipment, and coordination with supervisors to maintain workflow and quality standards.
Required Skills and Experience
Candidates must have a minimum of four years of practical experience in their respective trades. Strong technical knowledge, the ability to read and interpret drawings, and proficiency with tools and industrial practices are mandatory. Workers should be disciplined, physically fit, and capable of performing their duties under challenging site conditions. Teamwork, punctuality, and attention to detail are critical to ensure safety and efficiency. Prior experience on industrial or construction projects, especially in Saudi Arabia, is considered an added advantage.
