Role Summary
Fursa Contracting and Real Estate Company is urgently seeking skilled and reliable construction staff for a major project in Riyadh. The company requires Concrete Masons, Steel Fixers, Carpenters, and Helpers to support ongoing construction activities. These positions are critical for maintaining workflow efficiency, ensuring quality workmanship, and meeting project deadlines. Core Responsibilities
Concrete Masons are responsible for mixing, pouring, and finishing concrete according to project specifications. They ensure proper curing, leveling, and structural integrity of all concrete elements.
Steel Fixers handle the assembly and installation of reinforcement bars, ensuring proper alignment, spacing, and structural compliance with engineering drawings.
Carpenters prepare, cut, assemble, and install wooden structures as required on-site, maintaining accuracy and quality in all tasks.
Helpers assist skilled tradesmen by transporting materials, cleaning work areas, preparing tools, and supporting general site activities. All positions require adherence to safety protocols, collaboration with supervisors, and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Required Skills & Expertise
Candidates must have relevant experience in their respective trades. For Concrete Masons, knowledge of concrete mixing, curing, and finishing is essential. Steel Fixers should understand reinforcement placement, tying techniques, and reading structural drawings. Carpenters need proficiency in woodworking tools, measurements, and installations. Helpers must be physically fit, reliable, and able to support skilled staff efficiently.
