Position Summary

A reputable organization in Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia is currently hiring Safety Officers and Work Permit Responsible (WPR) staff for an upcoming short-term industrial assignment. These roles are essential to ensuring safe operations, strict compliance with safety standards, and effective control of work activities on-site. The client offers FAT (Food, Accommodation, and Transportation) and follows a clear payroll system where salaries are released 45 days after timesheet approval.

Role Responsibilities

Safety Officer
The Safety Officer is responsible for supervising all safety-related activities at the worksite. Duties include performing routine inspections, identifying unsafe conditions, and reporting incidents or near-misses. The officer also supports management in implementing safety procedures, conducting toolbox talks, and promoting a strong safety culture among workers.

Work Permit Responsible (WPR)
The WPR oversees the issuance and control of work permits, ensuring that all tasks are executed according to approved procedures. This role involves coordinating with supervisors and engineers, verifying site readiness, and preventing unauthorized or unsafe work. The WPR plays a key role in maintaining organized and compliant site operations.

Both positions require individuals who are detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of communicating clearly within a fast-paced industrial environment.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants must be physically fit, disciplined, and experienced in industrial or construction projects. Preference will be given to candidates with prior safety-related experience and strong organizational skills. The following documents are mandatory:
