HMC.CO EST is urgently hiring Helpers for immediate mobilization on a long-term industrial project. This role is essential in supporting skilled workers, supervisors, and site teams in daily operational activities. Helpers contribute to maintaining workflow efficiency, handling materials, and ensuring that work areas remain organized and safe. In major industrial cities such as Jubail, where construction and plant operations run continuously, helpers play a valuable role in supporting productivity and maintaining safety standards. Candidates must have at least three years of experience and be ready to mobilize immediately. The company is offering stable, long-term employment under clear project terms.
Key Responsibilities
A Helper is responsible for assisting technicians, welders, scaffolders, and other skilled workers with daily tasks. Duties include carrying materials, preparing tools, cleaning work areas, and supporting equipment handling under supervision. The role requires following instructions carefully and ensuring compliance with site safety rules. Helpers must maintain discipline, use personal protective equipment properly, and report unsafe conditions immediately. The position also involves assisting during loading and unloading operations, arranging materials as directed, and supporting general site activities to ensure smooth project execution.
Skills and Knowledge
Candidates should have a minimum of three years of experience in industrial or construction projects. Basic knowledge of workplace safety practices and familiarity with industrial environments are important. Physical fitness is required, as the role involves manual labor and extended working hours.
