JJC General Contracting Est. is urgently seeking experienced Work Permit Receivers (WPR) for projects in Jafura and Jazan, Saudi Arabia. This position plays a key role in ensuring safe and regulated access to project areas by managing work permits, coordinating with site teams, and maintaining compliance with operational procedures. Immediate mobilization is required due to the urgency of ongoing projects.
Roles and Responsibilities
The Work Permit Receiver will oversee the issuance, tracking, and management of work permits for all site activities. Responsibilities include receiving and verifying permits, ensuring that tasks are approved before commencement, and maintaining accurate records for project documentation. The WPR will coordinate closely with supervisors, contractors, and safety officers to ensure that all work is conducted safely and according to project guidelines. Attention to detail and adherence to site regulations are critical to prevent delays or compliance issues.
Skills and Qualifications
Candidates must be well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling documentation efficiently under tight timelines. Strong communication and coordination skills are required to liaise effectively with site staff and supervisors. Physical fitness and the ability to work independently are also necessary.
