Jamman Obaid al Rashdi Contracting Co. is urgently seeking skilled professionals for key positions in ongoing industrial projects in the Eastern Region. These roles are critical in ensuring safety, quality, and operational efficiency in construction and industrial operations. The W.P.R (Welding Procedure Recorder) is responsible for documenting and verifying all welding procedures, ensuring compliance with Aramco and industry standards. Scaffolding Supervisors oversee the assembly, maintenance, and safety of scaffolding systems, ensuring that all work at height is performed securely and efficiently. Riggers handle the lifting, moving, and positioning of heavy equipment and materials, guaranteeing precise operations and adherence to safety protocols. These positions are long-term and essential for project continuity, emphasizing immediate mobilization for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities

W.P.R professionals meticulously record welding procedures, maintain accurate documentation, and liaise with quality control teams to ensure that all operations comply with technical standards. Scaffolding Supervisors manage scaffold setup, inspection, and dismantling, train staff on safe practices, and monitor ongoing operations to prevent accidents. Riggers plan and execute lifting operations, secure loads, coordinate with crane operators, and verify rigging equipment before use. All roles require adherence to company safety policies, collaboration with team members, and prompt reporting of issues to maintain workflow efficiency. Ensuring compliance with Aramco certifications and project-specific requirements is mandatory for these positions.

Skills and Knowledge

Candidates must possess relevant Aramco certifications for their respective roles. W.P.R professionals should have expertise in welding standards, accurate record-keeping, and knowledge of inspection protocols. Scaffolding Supervisors must have experience in scaffold erection, risk assessment, and crew supervision. Riggers require proficiency in rigging techniques, load handling, and safety regulations. Across all roles, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, teamwork, and the ability to work in high-risk environments are critical. Valid Iqama, Muqeem, Ajeer registration, passport, company CR copy, and medical reports are required to ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations.

Project Duration: Long-term

Payment Terms: After timesheet, every 30 days
