Key Job Functions
Fire Watch Personnel
Fire Watch staff will oversee work zones involving hot work such as welding, cutting, or grinding. Their responsibilities include observing potential fire hazards, ensuring fire prevention controls are in place, remaining on standby during operations, and taking immediate action if unsafe conditions arise. Coordination with supervisors and safety teams is a core part of the role.
Standby Man Personnel
Standby Men will assist in overall site safety activities, remain alert in designated areas, support emergency response procedures, and help ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with approved safety standards. Continuous awareness, discipline, and prompt reporting of hazards are required.
Candidate Profile & Eligibility
