A reputable industrial project in Madina (Aramco-side) is urgently seeking skilled manpower for the roles of Helper, Steel Fixer, and Carpenter. These positions are essential for supporting construction and maintenance operations, ensuring project progress, and maintaining quality and safety standards. The roles are suited for professionals with hands-on experience who are ready to be mobilized under structured project conditions and comply with company safety regulations.
Roles and Responsibilities
Helpers will provide general support across site operations, assisting skilled tradesmen, handling materials, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Steel Fixers will handle the installation and securing of reinforcement bars, ensuring alignment and proper positioning according to technical drawings. Accuracy and attention to detail are crucial to maintain structural integrity.
Carpenters will construct, assemble, and repair wooden structures as per project requirements. They are responsible for reading project plans, cutting, shaping, and installing timber components while ensuring quality and safety compliance.
All positions require collaboration with supervisors, adherence to site instructions, and strict compliance with safety standards. Workers are expected to maintain professionalism, follow project schedules, and contribute to the smooth execution of operations.
Skills, Experience & Requirements
Candidates must have practical experience in their respective trades. Physical fitness, reliability, and the ability to work under industrial site conditions are essential. Workers must possess a valid Iqama, Ajeer registration, and Muqeem, and should be capable of following site safety protocols. A blood test and passport copy are also required for immediate mobilization. Prior experience in industrial or construction projects, especially in Aramco-approved environments, is preferred.
